Crock-Pot® Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger meat, browned and drained (may use ground turkey)
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 1 can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 1 (30-ounce) can spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 of a 16-ounce box lasagna noodles, cooked slightly until limber
  • 10 to 12 ounces mozzarella cheese

Instructions


Place first six ingredients in a slow-cooker; cook four hours on low. Add mozzarella
cheese about half an hour before serving. Stir and serve.
