Tangy Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup seedless red or green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed
  • Instructions


    Place fruit in a large bowl. Mix 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice, lime peel, lime juice, honey, and poppy seed. Pour over fruit and toss to mix. Keep refrigerated.
