Pecan Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • Unbaked pie shell
  • Instructions


    Combine first seven ingredients in bowl; mix well. Stir in oats, pecans, and coconut. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350ยบ until set.
