Garlic Pizza Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) prebaked Italian bread shell
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

Instructions


Place bread on an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, and oregano. Spread over crust and bake at 450° for eight to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cut into wedges.
Yield: 2 dozen.
Note: Reduced-fat or fat-free mayonnaise is not recommended for this recipe.
