Eastern Bundt Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (reserved from canned pineapples)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. If you want moister dressing, add more melted butter to reach the desired consistency. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart bundt pan; bake for 45 minutes. Cool five to 10 minutes; turn stuffing out. Serve warm.
