Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

  • 6 boneless pork loin chops, 1-inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (6-ounce) package crushed stuffing mix
  • 1 can apple pie filling with cinnamon


Brown pork chops in oil. Prepare stuffing mix. Spread pie filling in a 9-x-13-inch greased baking dish. Place chops on top; spoon stuffing over chops. Cover and bake at 350ยบ for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
Yield: Six servings.
