Tomato-Turkey Wrap

  • 1 (7-ounce) container prepared hummus
  • 3 (9- or 10-inch) tomato-basil-flavored or plain flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced, cooked peppered turkey breast
  • 6 romaine lettuce leaves with ribs removed
  • 3 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 3 thin slices of red onions, separated into rings


Spread hummus evenly over tortillas. Layer turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion on each tortilla. Roll each into a spiral and cut in half, securing with wooden toothpicks, if necessary. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for up to four hours.
Yield: 6 servings.
