Kreis Angus Farm Special Wraps

  • 6 ounces of store-bought avocado dip or guacamole
  • 3 ounces cream cheese (with chives is really good)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or hot pepper cheese
  • 6 (8-inch) tortillas
  • 1 1/2 pounds deli sliced roast beef
  • Leaf lettuce, torn apart
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, diced


Combine avocado dip, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a bowl; mix well. Spread mixture evenly on each tortilla. Arrange meat, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Wrap tortillas.
Yield: 6 wraps.
