Green Bean Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 quart tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 quart water
  • 1 1/4 pounds green beans
  • 2 medium potatoes, cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


Combine beef, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a saucepan; add water and cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes. Add green beans and cook 30 minutes. Add potatoes, salt, and pepper; cook for 30 minutes or until done.
