Tenderloin Hawaiian

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh pepper
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil or olive oil
  • 1 beef tenderloin
  • Instructions


    Combine soy sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and oil; blend thoroughly. Pour sauce over tenderloin in shallow bowl, reserving some for basting, if desired. Marinate for 24 hours, turning once.
    Cook tenderloin on grill over medium coals to desired degree of doneness, turning occasionally. Baste with reserved marinade, if desired.
