Seven-Minute Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Instructions


Lightly beat egg whites in a glass bowl. Mix sugar, water, and syrup in a saucepan. Heat to a rolling boil for seven minutes, then gradually add to beaten egg whites. Continue to beat until thickened. Mix in vanilla. Frost your favorite cake.
