Pumpkin Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups cooked pumpkin, mashed
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups butter
  • 1 cup coconut, frozen, grated
  • 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells

Instructions


Mix ingredients, pour into pie shells, and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
