Star-Spangled Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries, washed and drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions


Place 3/4 cup blueberries in crust. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until
fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Chill for three hours or until set. Top with remaining blueberries and strawberry slices.
