Cream Cheese-Cinnamon Brownie Icing

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 16 ounces powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Combine sugar and cinnamon and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add cinnamon-sugar mixture to cheese and mix on low until blended. Add milk and beat on medium speed until smooth.
Pour icing over brownies and spread evenly. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired.
