Rice-a-Rolly Balls

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Mix all ingredients together. Wet your hands and pack mixture in 1 1/2-inch balls. Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm. Serve plain or with spaghetti sauce for dipping.
