Thai Peanut Dip

  • 1 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or peanut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • Minced fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Instructions

    Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and oil in a medium mixing bowl until blended. Add honey, red pepper flakes, garlic, and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
    Spoon into a small serving bowl. If desired, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with assorted bite-size vegetables.
