Baked Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups onion, chopped (don’t use purple onions)
  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions


Preheat oven to 425°. Combine all ingredients; place in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Serve warm with snack crackers (such as Triskets) or tortilla chips.
