Honey Oatmeal Bread

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/2 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • Instructions

    Measure ingredients into bread machine pan in order recommended by manufacturer. Select dough cycle.

    When finished, remove dough onto a lightly floured board and let rest for five or 10 minutes. Punch down a little and shape dough into a loaf or rolls, turning in a greased pan to coat all sides. Preheat oven to 375° and bake until brown or when tapped, bread makes a hollow sound.
