Butter Pecan Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 2½ cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions


Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir well and add in chopped pecans. Drop
by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cooking sheet. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
