Elves’ Fruitcakes

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups candied cherries
  • 2/3 cup candied pineapple
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • 3 tbsps. melted butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tsp. orange flavoring
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1½ cans sweetened condensed milk
  • Instructions


    Spray miniature tins. Mix fruits and pecans with flour. Stir remaining ingredients into mixture. Mix well and then drop into tins ¾ full. Bake at 300º for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 36 cakes.
