Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (11oz.) pkg. of caramels
  • 2/3 cups of melted butter
  • 1 pkg. German Chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. of chocolate chips

Instructions


Heat your oven to 350°. Take a sauce pan and put on the stove. Add 1/2 cup milk and the package of caramels. Melt the caramels on low heat, stirring constantly. Take off stove and keep warm. Mix your cake mix with the rest of milk and butter. Get a 9-x-12-inch pan and put half of cake batter in the pan and bake for 6 minutes. Take out of oven and pour your chocolate chips on top. Then pour your melted caramels over the chips. Add the rest of your batter to the pan and put back in oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until done.
