Cherry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cherries
  • ¼ tsp. almond extract
  • 1½ tbsp. margarine
  • 2 – 9 in. pie crusts

Instructions


In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cherries. Cook, stirring until the
mixture thickens and boils. Stir in the almond extract and pour into pie crusts. Dot with margarine and cover with top crust. Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes.
