Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 21/2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Instructions


    Combine potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix well, and place in a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix topping and place on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
