Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes sugar-free lime Jello (or any flavor you like)
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 2 (8 ounce) cartons Key Lime low fat yogurt (or any flavor you like)
  • 1 (12 ounce) container
  • Cool Whip Lite
  • Reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

Instructions


Dissolve Jello completely in boiling water. Add yogurt to Jello mixture and stir quickly to mix thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip and gently stir until well blended. If desired, add a packet or two of Splenda for a sweeter pie. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and chill for several hours or until set. This makes a quick and easy light dessert.
