Broccoli Cheese Dip

  • 1½ pounds fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of celery or mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 4 ounces goat cheese, cubed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt, or more to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper, or more to taste


Grease slow cooker with cooking spray. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, stir, and cover. Cook on low for four hours. Serve with bagel chips, sliced French bread, or vegetables. This makes a lot of dip (16 servings), so you can cut the recipe in half if you wish.
