Spinach and Feta Crescents

  • 1 (12 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
  • 2 tubes crescent rolls (total 16-roll count)


Preheat the oven to 350ยบ. Mix spinach, cheeses, and seasonings (to taste). If too wet, add 2 teaspoons of bread crumbs. If too dry, add a bit of melted butter or cream cheese.
Unroll dough and separate into triangles. Put approximately 1 teaspoon of the spinach filling on each triangle and roll up.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
