Cheesy Vegetable Medley

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 cups squash, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 2 jars cheese sauce

Instructions


Heat broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes; drain. Put all ingredients in a large dish, except cheese sauce and green tomatoes. Pour cheese over vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. Place sliced tomatoes on top. Cover and cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until vegetables are done. Enjoy!
