Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 quart half & half
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 11/2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 11/2 cups sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
  • Dash of salt
  • 3/4 cup instant coffee
  • 8 ounces caramel topping
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds
  • 2/3 bag of small Heath bars, crushed
  • Instructions


    Mix all ingredients except for almonds and Heath bars. Pour into 6-quart freezer can. Add milk to 5-6 inches from top of can. Start freezing. Freeze partially and add almonds and Heath bars, then finish freezing.
