Banana Crush Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 packages strawberry gelatin
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 7 bananas, mashed
  • 1 (28-ounce) bottle ginger ale, chilled
  • Instructions


    Cover mashed bananas with pineapple juice until ready to mix with other ingredients. Combine sugar, water, and strawberry gelatin. Place over low heat, stirring until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Add fruit juices and bananas, mixing well; cool. Freeze until ready to use. Thaw until mushy. When ready to serve, add ginger ale.

    Yield: 35 servings.
