Reese’s Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Reese’s Miniature Peanut Butter Cups
  • Icing:
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • Instructions


    Mix first 7 ingredients. Place in cupcake holders. Bake at 300º for 20-30 minutes, let cool. Make a small hole in middle of each cupcake, and place a Reese’s Miniature Peanut Butter Cup.
    Icing:
    Beat ingredients together on high until well blended. After frosting, top cupcakes with
    chopped Reese’s cups.
