Caramel Apple Salad

  • 2 small apples
  • 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits with juice
  • 1 (3-ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping


Cut apples into bite-size pieces. Mix pineapples with juice and apples. Sprinkle with pudding; mix well. Add pecans and whipped topping. Mix and chill.
