Apricot Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 2 (151/4-ounce cans) apricots, mashed with juice
  • Juice of 2 oranges (1 cup)
  • Juice of 2 lemons (1/2 cup)
  • 11/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 cup ginger ale

Instructions


Combine apricots with orange and lemon juices. Pour in 9-x-13-inch pan and freeze to a mush.
Whip cream; add with ginger ale to apricot mixture. Continue freezing. Stir at intervals while freezing.
