Oriental Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 2 ounces slivered almonds
  • 4 ounces salted roasted sunflower kernels
  • 1 package Oriental-flavor Ramen noodles, broken
  • 1 package chicken-flavor Ramen noodles, broken
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar

Instructions


In a large bowl, combine slaw mix, almonds, sunflower kernels, and broken noodles. In separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, and the two seasoning packets from noodles. Pour over slaw and toss just before serving.
Note: This is best served immediately; it gets soggy if left in refrigerator overnight.
