Raspberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

  • 21/2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 small packages raspberry gelatin

Instructions


Combine pretzels, butter, and sugar. Press into 9-x-13-inch pan and bake 10
minutes at 350ยบ. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar; fold in whipped topping. Mix gelatin according to package directions. Cool until partially gelled. Layer pretzel crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and gelatin twice in a pretty dish. Chill and serve.
