Grilled Lemon-Basil Fish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • New Orleans-style seasoning, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions


Coat a piece of aluminum foil with butter. Place pieces of fish on foil and top each with a lemon slice. Sprinkle with seasoning. Lay basil leaves on fish, then top with remaining butter. Fold alumium foil into a packet and grill until done.
