Ham Appetillas

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, finely chopped
  • 1 package super-size flour tortillas
  • 5 packages sliced ham


Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, and black olives.
Lay tortillas out on countertop; spread cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, covering them up to 1/2 inch of edges.
Layer five to six slices of ham over cream cheese mixture. Roll each tortilla up tightly, being careful not to break, and cover in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight, then slice each tortilla roll into one-inch slices. To serve, place slices close together on a pretty platter.
Yield: Approximately 64 appetizers.
