Deep-Fried Bananas

Ingredients

• 4 bananas
• 1 box funnel cake mix
• 3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
• Oil for deep-frying

Instructions

Prepare funnel cake mix according to package directions. Cut bananas in half. Roll each piece in vanilla wafer crumbs and then dip into funnel cake batter. Drop into hot oil for a few seconds or until light brown. Drain on paper towels.
