Crab and Pea Salad

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 pound imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder


In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine peas, crab, bacon, mayonnaise, and onion powder; mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
