Bite-Size Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound whole candied cherries (1/4 red, 1/4 green), cut in fourths
  • 6 slices candied pineapple, cut in chunks
  • 1 (4-ounce) can Angel Flake coconut
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions


Preheat oven to 325°. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl; press mixture together in small bite sizes. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool, remove from pan, and put in a box to keep them moist.
