Carrot Ring

  • 2 cups cooked, mashed carrots
  • 2 cups cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 pound butter
  • 1 small onion


Combine all ingredients; bake in a greased ring mold for 40 minutes. Cool slightly
before removing from mold. Note: This ring is attractive when served with green peas and/or pearl onions placed in center.
