Nutty Stuffed Celery

  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 (41/2-ounce) can deviled ham
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream


Separate celery into stalks; trim and wash. Cut stalks into 3-inch pieces. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing until smooth. Spread mixture on each piece of celery; chill.
