Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels

  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or seamless dough sheet
  • 4 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 4 slices (about 5 ounces) thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 2/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese


Heat over to 375ยบ. Coat a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough and press into a 12-x-8-inch rectangle (if using crescent rolls, firmly seal perforations). Spread cranberry sauce on top of rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges. Arrange sliced turkey evenly over cranberry sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheese over turkey. Starting with longest side, roll up; pinch long side to seal. With a serrated knife, cut into 24 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets. Serve warm.
