Sun Drop Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 package lemon instant pudding mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 (16-ounce) bottle Sun Drop citrus soda
  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Water

    • Instructions


    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, and Sun Drop; mix well. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt cake pan at 375º for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
    For glaze, combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and a small amount of water in a bowl. Mix together and spoon onto warm cake.
    The cook says: If you can’t find Sun Drop, use Sprite. This is our son-in-law’s favorite cake recipe!
