Berry Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple jelly
  • Zest of orange or lemon
  • 4 (7-inch) tortillas, cut in 3 or 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Instructions


    Combine fruit, orange juice, brown sugar, apple jelly, and orange or lemon zest. Mix well and and refrigerate until serving.
    For cinnamon chips, preheat oven to 400ยบ. Dab each tortilla with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on each tortilla. Bake eight to 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool
    completely. Serve with salsa.
