Cajun Cabbage and Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage head, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 (16-ounce) package Cajun sausage, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions


    Place all ingredients in a large pot. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender. Serve alone or over rice.
