Pistachio Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350º. Coat two 9-x-5-inch loaf pans with cooking spray. Mix all
ingredients; pour half the mixture into each loaf pan. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Turn out on rack to cool.
Optional: When loaves are cool, dust with confectioner’s sugar.
