Cayenne Coconut Turkey

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • Oil for frying

Instructions


Cut turkey into 1/2-inch-thick strips. Mix peppers, salt, and eggs. Dip turkey strips
into mixture. Roll in coconut. In a deep frying pan, heat 2 to 3 inches of oil to 350°. Fry strips two to three minutes. Drain on paper towel and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
