Crunchy Coleslaw

  • 1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 2 ounces slivered almonds
  • 4 ounces salted roasted sunflower kernels
  • 1 package Oriental flavor
  • Ramen noodles, broken
  • 1 package chicken flavor
  • Ramen noodles, broken
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine slaw mix, almonds, sunflower kernels, and broken noodles. In a separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, and the two seasoning packets from noodles. Pour over slaw, and toss just before serving.
    Note: Recipe is best if served immediately; if refrigerated overnight, it gets soggy, but it still tastes great!
