Peanut Butter Nutty Cookies

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (18-ounce) jar peanut butter
  • 3 cups cocoa-flavored crisped rice


Combine syrup and sugar in a medium saucepan. Boil exactly one minute, stirring constantly.

Add peanut butter and crisped rice. Stir together and drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. Cool and store in an airtight container.
