Layered Taco Salad Dip

Ingredients

  • 1½ to 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1¼-ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
  • 1 pound box Hot Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Salsa
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions


Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning; simmer one minute. Layer ground beef
mixture in a casserole dish. Spread sour cream on top. Combine cheese and milk and melt in microwave. Pour over top of ground beef mixture. Cover with salsa and serve warm with dipping chips.
